Yes. We design and build main-floor additions, rear extensions and full second-storey additions, managing the structural engineering, permits and construction from start to finish.
Structural changes, additions, new plumbing or electrical layouts and many other renovations require City of Toronto permits. We manage the full permit and approval process as part of every applicable project.
For partial renovations, often yes — we phase the work and protect the rest of your home. Whole-home or major structural renovations may require you to move out temporarily; we plan this with you up front.
